Wrap up and data retrieval

Once your event has been completed the data will remain in Badgy for 30 days. It's a good idea during this window to review the Reports tab in Settings and use the Download Tickets button to retrieve all your ticket data as a CSV.

Any unused credits on your account will remain available to spend on for your next event. If you do require more credits for your next event you can top up via the Badgy dashboard.

If you have hired equipment from Badgy or other vendors it is best to return them as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary fees.
