Before your event it is important to test your setup to ensure everything is working as planned.

We advise you to test via a dry run where-by all elements of your setup are used.

While it is unlikely you will be able to replicate the number of attendees you think may show up, the following tips will help test your setup.

  1. Staff your Print Stations as per your event.

  2. Connect multiple check-in devices.

  3. Check-in and print for a number of users in quick succesion.

Internet connection

You should also check the internet connection you plan on using for your event. If using wired connections, test all are active as expected. If wifi is being used ensure all devices can connect and are within range of the wireless routers.
